HandsOn Training

We’ve all been there, you just graduated from college or university but your having a challenging time finding a job in the field.  We often don’t get the hands-on experience we need to get that job we really want.

As a university graduate in Linguistics and Psychology, I experienced this first hand.  I didn’t have the training to work with children with Autism or be a teacher.  So what was I going to do?  I was lucky that I got an opportunity that started me in the field working with young children with Autism, but it was my promise to those that experienced something similar to me to offer a training program to jumpstart their career.

At Autism Therapy & Training Inc. we provide a HandsON Training program in our Woodbridge, Ontario location.  It gives those the experience they need to start working in the field, understanding and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior.

Over the years, we’ve trained dozens of new instructor therapists, teachers and ECEs and e’ve helped them land great jobs.
